What it does

Save every page of a PDF, or just the pages you pick, as sharp JPG or PNG images without uploading the document.

Sometimes you need a page of a PDF as a picture: to post it, paste it into a slide, attach it to a form or send it in a chat. cextool renders PDF pages to JPG or PNG with PDF.js, the same engine Firefox uses, right in your browser.

Pick 72 DPI for quick previews, 150 DPI for sharp images on screens, or 300 DPI for printing. Convert every page, or type which pages you want, such as 1-3, 5. Several pages download together as a ZIP. Locked PDFs work too if you know the password, which is used on your device only and never saved. Each page is rendered at the exact resolution you choose, so text and vector drawings stay sharp instead of being upscaled from a small preview. Scanned PDFs keep the resolution of the original scan.

The document is never uploaded, which matters for contracts, statements and anything private. Everything is processed on your own device.

Questions

Can I convert only some pages?
Yes. Type pages like 1-3, 5 in the Pages field, or leave it empty for all pages.
Which resolution should I choose?
150 DPI looks sharp on screens. Choose 300 DPI for printing and 72 DPI for small previews.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Yes, if you enter the password. It is used on your device only and never saved.
JPG or PNG?
JPG is smaller and fine for photos. PNG keeps small text and line drawings crisper.
Are the images as sharp as the PDF?
At 300 DPI text and lines are print-sharp. Vector content is rendered fresh at the resolution you choose, so it stays crisp.
